Stacey is a botanical artist, that practices in pigment making and the magical art of interconnection.
She is the founding director of the We Are Woven Studio, an educational space on the Gower Peninsula, dedicated to creative curiosity, dreaming and the vibrant language of flowers.
In her practice she works with mediums such as minerals, flowers and leaves, as well as natural dyes and foraged inks.
Stacey will be hosting ‘Botanical Printing Workshops’ in companionship with the wild land of Coed Fest.
Exploring the intricate beauty of creating art from petal pigments, composing a set of floral prints using a steaming process and experimenting with the shifting colours of flower based inks.
Discovering the poetry of petals is an alchemical process between heart, plant and place and these earthly expressions create a graceful dance in reciprocity with our natural world.
