“As a performer I’m a singer-songwriter based in Bristol, leading the latina-tinged folk-rock band Emrys the Brave for the last seven years, and also performing as a solo artist under Megs Emrys as well”.
I offer 1-2-1 and group sound baths, using a variety of instruments including overtone singing, singing bowls and therapeutic percussion. I’ve offered these sound baths as part of cacao ceremonies I run, most recently in September at the Bristol Folk House as a fundraiser for Mecca’s Gaza Emergency Appeal, and I also use soundbaths in my work with many of Bristol Beacon’s outreach programmes.”
