At Coed we have –
- a large kitchen garden – organic vegetable growing
- a 6.5 acre market garden – coedorganic.co.uk
- 1.5 acre forest garden – perennials, herbs, fruit trees, wild life plants, and bees
We run education days and open days throughout the year on the following –
Foraging, herbal medicine, food growing, pruning fruit trees, grafting fruit trees, propagating, seed saving and much more.
These gardens have developed over the last 20 years of many peoples efforts and visions. We are now able to produce about one third of our communities food needs from the garden.
We encourage you to take a bit of time to have a look around and see the gardens in their bloom!
