Sophie Bolton founded and runs Cardiff Salad Garden a social enterprise in the heart of Cardiff’s Bute Park, for 7 years, she has grown a variety of salad leaves whilst creating interactive growing sessions to promote positive mental health for all. Previous to that she ran the organic box scheme at Coed Hills for 3 years and has worked in a variety of community gardens around South Wales.
